Riders can either opt for the “book now” option or select “schedule ride” for a later time or date by entering the future information for pickup.

After selecting the vehicle, riders can see all the details related to the trip, such as drivers name, license number, and vehicle description.

For added safety, you can share your trip information and status with friends and family so they know when you’ve made it to your destination. You can also use the sos feature to call local authorities directly from the app and trip details will be displayed to share with emergency services.

Riders can write reviews, rate drivers, and include tips all within the Volt app. Upon receiving exceptional service, you can add your driver to your “favorites list” to increase the possibility of being paired with them again for future rides.
